Non-Profit Signup for 2026

Non-Profit Signup for the 2026 Season. If you are part of a 501c3 in the Local area please fill the form out below if your group would like to help with the light display for the 2026 season, we will accept the first 15 groups. This year we are trying to get the local area nonprofits more involved to help us out. The Standard Per car payout this year is $5.00 per car, you can sign up to assist with other activities to earn the additional $5.00 per car giving your group $10.00 per car on your selected evening. Selection of days will start once we have the 15 spots filled.

Option #1 Your group will provide your own holiday display and will setup and take down.

Option #2 Help with setup and take down of Christmas lights and decorations, Setup begins mid august and take down goes from January – April depending on weather.

Option #3 On the Same nights you are running the ticket booth you will provide an extra person to run putt putt inside the barn.

Option #4 Help with craft show Dec 5th or 6th with basket ticket sales, crafts or running putt putt

Option #5 Help with craft show Dec 13th or 14th with basket ticket sales, crafts or running putt putt

Option #6 If you select none of the above you will only get $5.00 per car and are not able to help with other activities.
